Hey there! Let’s get you all set up. There is a chromatic plate on the toy itself (not the remote) that says LELO, and to the left of the words is a round silicone flap that covers the charging port. The small silicone flap, which you pull back, is what we refer to as the “stopper”.

I have pushed, pulled, twisted and cussed everywhere on that chrome engraved thing and for the life of me I still haven’t figured out how to open it to where I can insert the charging port. EXACTLY what do I pull back???
