No there is no clinaical evidence for that at all. That is misinformation.

The penis and clitoris is connectetd to the Prudental nerve. Women have further internal pleasure trough Pelvic, Hypogastric and Vagus nerves. Some think that prostate is connected in around those nerves as well, because some men with fatal back injuries, can still orgasm via the prostate. True is that some men doesnt feel pleasure in prostate stimulation, some have a unpleaseant feeling e.g like nerve trigger to vomit, but that isnt always respected ny prostate evangelists. I know first hand.

The Prostate does not produce a fluid that protect the semen. The semen is collected from the testies, and are stored in a seminal vesicle. That is located between rectum and prostate, thats why it empties by squeezing pressure trough anal stimulation, not prostate pleasure itself.

The prostate is just a switch point muscle, closing off the urine and allow the semen to pass forward. The protective fluid (precum) is made in Bolbourethral gland, connectiong right under (after) the prostate.
