Hello Georgina! A little about me, 52, two kids. I just purchased these yesterday as part of Lego’s Valentine’s Day special. I have been a customer of Lelo over the years and has just about everything that Lelo makes for women. Now, I have not tried these yet obviously, BUT…I do not and have not practiced Kegal exercises with any regularity over the years before or after pregnancy. I do believe that I have a pretty strong pelvic floor mainly because on average I have either a single or multiple orgasms per day at least every day of the week via masturbation, with or without actual sexual intercourse with a partner. I believe this has helped keeping my vagina/pelvis quite strong after giving birth twice, and now after hitting menopause. Even though I did not practice kegal exercising, I was still giving my vagina stimulation regularly. Now there has been times when I did not masturbate or have sexual intercourse for a time, but that was more infrequent than not. All in all, I do believe for the health and wellbeing of the vagina, that it is also a use it or lose principal at play. And I also believe that it does not hurt for me to continue along that course and also adding the Lelo beads to keep what is broken from breaking down. Either way, what you’re doing is a good way to avoid any diminishing returns by avoiding “not” keeping an important part of you fit as you do the rest of your body. There is no other feeling on earth similar to an orgasm and the pleasure it gives. I don’t want to lose that. And I am not above setting a schedule for doing kegal exercises as prevention for vaginal atrophy. It is integral to my health to have and maintain sexual intimacy.
