Great ideas. I’ve enjoyed it over the years. Only one caveat: probably not a good idea doing this in warm stagnant lake water as that is where the flesh/brain eating bacteria lurk and conceivably they could enter one of one’s orifices (vagina, penis, etc.)

Great article! An added benefit is that it encourages you to lead a healthy lifestyle. I prefer to bring a finely chiseled body to the beach.
